How V2 behaves: It first uses exposed captions when available. If no transcript is available, it attempts yt-dlp → FFmpeg → Whisper. If any required local media tool is unavailable, analysis continues with source metadata and clearly reports the unavailable stage instead of pretending audio was analyzed. Web verification remains separate from transcription confidence.
