# PAI BrainStorm V15 — Revenue Experiment Setup

## Safe first test
1. Upload/unpack V15.
2. Open the normal PAI `index.php` and confirm existing capabilities.
3. Open **Revenue Lab**. Kill Switch is ON by default.
4. In Payment Setup, paste your PayPal Payment Link and optionally upload your Cash App QR. V15 uses **manual payment verification** for both methods until a trusted provider integration is configured.
5. Visit `revenue/index.php` to preview the public $199 sales page.
6. Create a test order; it must remain `PAYMENT_UNVERIFIED`.
7. In Revenue Lab, manually verify only a payment you have actually confirmed in PayPal/Cash App.
8. A `CUSTOMER_RESEARCH` job is created. The worker intentionally stops at `HUMAN_REQUIRED` until you connect hosted PAI research execution.

## Email
V15 includes email identity configuration, outreach drafts, approval workflow, and a send job type. It defaults to **queue-only**. Configure a legitimate mail transport before enabling actual sending. Do not use indiscriminate bulk outreach.

## Cron
`modules/revenue_lab/cron/revenue_worker.php` is the worker entry point. Scheduler is OFF by default. After hosted tests, set `scheduler_enabled` true in `modules/revenue_lab/config/settings.json`, release the kill switch from the dashboard, and configure hosting cron at a reasonable interval (for example every 5–15 minutes).

## Public pages
- `revenue/index.php` — sales + payment choices + intake
- `revenue/sample_report.php` — sample report structure
- `revenue/feedback.php` — post-delivery feedback
- terms/privacy/refund/disclaimer placeholders must be operator-reviewed before live sales.

## PayPal
A PayPal Payment Link can be used immediately as checkout, but V15 does not falsely treat a link redirect as proof of payment. Automatic verification requires a later provider integration.

## Cash App
Upload your QR through Revenue Lab. V15 shows it on the sales page. Payment remains operator-verified.


## V15.1 Public / Console Routing

- Full internal PAI BrainStorm console preserved at: `/pai_brainstorm.php`
- Mobile interfaces remain available at `/mobile_v6.php` and earlier compatibility paths.
- Standalone ARC2 remote interface connects through `/api/remote_gateway.php`; do not expose the shared key in browser JavaScript.
